All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Payment must be made in full before order processing.

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, mobile money, and digital wallets.

All prices are in Rwandan Francs (RWF) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

We offer same-day and next-day delivery options in supported areas.

Delivery charges may apply based on location and order value.

You must be available to receive your delivery or designate an authorized recipient.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery.

Fresh products must be reported within 24 hours for quality issues.

Non-perishable items can be returned within 7 days in original condition.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our return policy criteria.

Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error.

You may not use our service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.

You may not violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.

You may not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
